Competition GT-K Turbonetics

Yes the others I have seen have only been modified stock frame mud trucks. This truck was a former grave digger truck and is very capable of competeing. The website for these appearances is runnadm.com

correct, the other one which I mentioned in another thread appears to be a stock frame with added tubing underneith - still front engine...

I cant wait till the vids of this truck starting showing up!

Honestly Forrest, after having yet another idiot friend of mine put 4" staright pipe on their truck, yesterday, and join the ranks of BLEATING SHEEP DRONE,(blaaaatttttt!) I hope Hushpower gets their mufflers on a whole lot more trucks!!!

They have an excellent sound without butchering a sheep. :-laf

Should be interesting to see how this truck works. I was planning on heading up to the TS race last weekend but had some other stuff come up. Would have been neat to check it out. Hopefully I'll see it somewhere. I'd really like to see how it runs. Are you planning on running it like a normal monster truck (car crushes, jumping, etc) or as more of a display piece? I run a truck myself and I'd like to see how the motor in this truck compares to the blown alcohol motors we run. No one has ever really run anything other than a blown alcohol motor in a more modern truck and it should be interesting to see what this truck does.

What did you use for a transmission in the truck? Did you keep the same transfer case and running gear that was already in the truck or change that out? Just curious. Good job on the truck and idea though and I look forward to seeing it in the future!

Has all the modern goodies. SCS 19" quick change drop dox,f-106 rockwells with 20 ton planetarys, nitrogen coilovers, racesource tube chassi. 727 torqueflite,4 wheel steer, ect.

Did you read post #18?

Sorry, was just curious. I run a monster truck myself and have had quite a bit of experience in this industry and was just curious as to what the plans were for the truck. I have been driving a truck for a few years and have been in the sport for my entire life. Infact, you can see me tomorrow (5-8-2008) night on Speed Channel at 8:00PM ET if you would like. I think its a good idea myself and am anxious to see how it works. I drive a 1999 Dodge 2500 myself and am interested to see how one of these motors will do in a monster. I am curious to see how the truck runs with the diesel motor compared to the blown alcohol motors like we run.

Sounds like you've got a good combination there. As I said I have had quite a bit of experience in this industry over the years and was just curious as to what you kept of what was already in the truck and what you changed. Good luck with the truck!

Lenny---I dont know why I didnt put 2 and 2 together. You had some kick azz air in prowler at ford field---to bad you snapped a wheel off. Stay in touch by pm and I will keep you posted. Its nice to have somebody around thats in the biz. I dont know how many people on here are in to monsters but Lenny here drives a well know and respected monster called prowler out of the allen pezo camp. Glad to have you on TDR Lenny.

Sorry to anyone, I didn't want to come off as being a jerk or anything. Just wanted to show that I do know a thing or two about monster trucks. Thanks on the Detroit show. Looking back if it wouldn't have been for that wheel I probably would have had a shot at winning freestyle if I would have kept going.

Just a little bit about my experience in the industry if anyone was actually wondering; my cousin Allen Pezo runs Predator Racing. This year marks his 25th year in monster trucks. I am 21 years old and have been around these trucks my whole life. I have been working on the trucks all along and more and more as I got older. I've been driving a race truck for almost 3 years now. I'm currently driving the Prowler truck. I uploaded a few pictures in my photo gallery on here.

I heard about TDR from someone at one of our suppliers here in Nashville. I knew I had to join when I heard about it. Both my cousin Allen and I drive CTD's and love them! I drive a 1999 2500 and Allen has a 2003 3500 SRW. We have been totally impressed with these trucks.

Like I said in the earlier post too you can see me on Speed Channel tonight at 8:00PM eastern.
