2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Outerwears

I had a couple custom pre filters made up to fit my S and B air filter. They arrived in the mail and when I got time to put them on the filter they were too small. I called Outerwears the next day and told they about my problem. Left my number with a promise of a return phone call. Later that morning the sales manager called and said that there had been a mix up of part numbers since my air intake is being phased out by S and B. The price difference I expected to cover and also cover the cost of shipping the pre filters back to them. The rep I talked to on the phone was all apologetic and very nice. I understand mix ups happen no big deal. She told me to keep the pre filters that I have all ready and that the right size will be on the way at no extra cost to me. If your in the market for a pre filter please support a company that stands up for their product with great customer service. I will be a customer for years to come. Thanks Outerwears!!
