Those diff change prices are WAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY more out of line than the oil change ones. :--)

When I bought my Taco, I did ALL of the fluids with full synthetic (mobil1 in teh engine, with a K&N filter, and Redline in the diffs, tcase and transmission, valvoline synth lube in the shafts) and it cost me about $180 and about 3 hours time. Had it used non synth, I would have been under $100 total. Obviously a diesel is gonna take more fluids, and have a pricier filter, but that is still outlandish.

i paid cash in may for my immaculate '03 slt QC at chestertown cjd chestertown, md. at the time they were easy & pleasant to deal with. what ticked me off was the following month when i bought a few parts preferring to do business with a local company rather than online (foolish, naive me) & they whacked me 380. 00 (full list) for chrome laramie door moldings, 2 ctd fender emblems & a tube of touch up paint. wanting to keep peace i didn't b!tch until they butchered my truck doing a warranty repair. i was told full list is standard for everyone & if i don't want to buy my parts there i'm free to go elsewhere. anyone in the maryland eastern shore/delaware area thinking they'll get good service from clowns think again, save your money & go elsewhere. their attitude SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and their warranty service they do more damage than they fix... ... ... ... ... ... ... ... i'm still waiting for the parts to repair what they broke.

Salesmen like you are difficult to come by.

Most sales people around here work at a dealer from 3 to 9 months, then go to another one.

Nobody has any product knowledge, nor are they enthusiastic about the product. All they want is for you to drive it for 5 minutes, and get you back to the sales office and bring in the closer and the finance guy.

I want to sell Dodge trucks, but I don't want to be associated with the bunch of idiots that work at dealerships in the SF Bay Area.
