2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Outside vent air w/o AC

How can I get outside Vent air thru my AC ducts with out AC or heat ON. ? Someone in the past had a post on how to do it. Am going on a trip to cool air in the mountains and it would be nice to have Vent air. Thanks. !!!!

Illflem--Sorry I didn't give all my info. It's a 99 SWB Q Cab ,auto with 3. 54. I have all the goodies ,gauges etc but stock on power.

Thanks Illflem, thats what I was seeking. Was this printed in the TDR magazine? Again I thank you. This will be my next project. For a few $ DC could have done this.

Hey!

My '99 Quad Cab gives me all the fresh air through the vents that I want. Just put the control in the third or fourth position from the "off" position. Position three is ac/vent, depending on outside air temp, and position four is vent only. Your's must be the same.

RON----Thanks for the info. I checked my system out, and in the 4th switch position my AC compressor clutch is NOT engaged. I didn't drive the truck as yet, but am sure I will get outside vent air without AC. Good job and many thanks.
