I have just installed a set of ddII injectors. My truck now has a max boost of 50-55PSI. I know I'm way over the efficiency of the turbo. Other than super heating the charge air, am I doing any other damage. What's the fix bigger turbo? TWINS? I think I need a trans soon!!!!!!!!

Adjust your wastegate so it will blow by some for now. In other words adjust the j-hook, and let it open. Your going to nuke that charger if you keep seeing that kind of boost, not to mention what the the drive pressure is doing to your headgasket.

Try an HTB2 (62/12) from HTTurbo. It will cool that thing down, make more power, and relieve the drive pressure. Hope this helps.

boost

As you mentioned you are way out of the efficiency range of the turbo and as a result probably running very high drive pressure. Yes, a larger turbo or a twin setup would be a way to lower you boost pressure. Depending on what else you do with your truck and what you want to spend will determine the right direction to go.
