2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Overdrive & Loss of Speedo

Help with OD pop out. 94 4X4 automatic 2nd generation. I can be driving along and then I loose OD, Speedo, Tach etc. All I have to do is turn the key off then on and it works fine. Have checked ing, fuses, wires etc. Sometimes it happens after 2 miles sometimes not until 20 or more. Have had a tester hooked to the ign and still all 3 wires hot. Doesn't matter if hot or cold out or if engine is either. Have checked gounds, wires to PCM, just about everything. Problem in PCM maybe. Anyone having an idea please let me know. Thanks

Well if it was just the OD and tach I would say the Engine/Crank Speed sensor but no speedo I think your vehicle speed sensor mite be going bad.
