Overhaul question

So I found a 2006 2500 quad short box truck with the g56, its got 120000 hiway miles on it and its at a salvage yard. They say that it runs fine but when you get on it, its gutless, they say that #1 & #6 cylinders are bad, Im hoping that the turbo is just seized up (the truck is 2 1/2 hours from me) They are asking $10,000 or 15,900 with an extra engine plus I have to give the old engine back. I know its worth it and would be an awesome project truck, but I can't remember if you can bore and sleeve them or not, also don't know how much it would cost. guess I am asking if anybody has ever had thier engine redone, what did they do and how much did it cost.

Sleeves are sold by Mopar and a few technicians use them. Nothing wrong with putting in a sleeve and piston. Saves a bunch of money if you have the time and space to do it. Machine shop charges are not that bad.
