2nd Gen Non-Engine/Transmission Overhead console

I am trying to remove the overhead console to install a swith for the back up lights and I can't seem to get it to come down. I see the two clips on the sides of the lights. I know that I am missing something important or I am not pulling it hard enough. Thought I would ask before I tear something up.

I took mine down for clearance light install, there are no screws holding it in, it slides on the clips in the roof, I belive it has to be shoved toward the front to get it down, someone correct me if I am wrong, its been awhile since I had it down.

Badinfluence, thanks for the reply. You were correct. The "TDR" is proving to be a great help. Now if I could only win the lottery for the rest of the stuff.
