Overhead Edge Attitude Mount???

Who has one or knows who makes the overhead mount for the Edge Attitude monitor? The overhead behind the rearview mirror. I'd like to see pictures. Does it come in the factory tan or generic black? How much is it? Difficulty to install; 1-10? Where can I get one? What is your opinion of it, is it a clean, factory look?

I bought mine from US Diesel. Good guys and it came fast (even from Montana ).



It comes in black only. My dash is all black so I went ahead and mounted it with the intention of painting it if I felt it did not match up w/ the cab. 4 mos. later it's still black. I think it looks fine if you don't have the taupe dash.

Personally, I like it above the mirror. Truck kind of has a stealth look. No 3 gauge pod on the A pillar when you roll up on someone. Plus, it's LOTS easier to see whats going on to your left at a 4 way stop etc.

Did you need to extend the cable going from the monitor to under the hood?

No. It threads on a lip in the headliner, down the A pillar. From there you follow the instructions Edge provides and route it in between the door and the frame into the engine compartment. I ended up w/ about 3" of slack. They sell an extension if you want to go through the firewall. I think it's 3' but I could be wrong.
