That mount looks great. For the people looking to do the same thing they could go to www.dieselpage.com look under Dodge Cummins after you get there go to gauges & mounts. The mount I think would work is the dash mount, turn the mount upside down, put headliner material should look good, maybe not as good as home made. Another place would be www.egauges.com they have some mounts also. Good luck.

Mount Look great

Your mount look great and factory too, it great to see people who can finish off the projects that well.

Thanks,

I thought about using a dash pod or something else, but after searching high and low I just couldn't find anything that would work with the slope of the roof and eveything (even with modifications). If anyone else decides to install gauges like this, I would really like to see what you come up with.

transmission temp location

Dan,

You could do like I did and monitor both lines with one gauge by simply installing a sensor in both lines and wiring your meter to a dbl pole dbl throw switch. That way you could monitor both the "gozinda's and the gozouta's"

If you want to mount the " T's" close to the transmission this is how I did it. I installed a "tee" in the rear line, and for the front line I unscrewed the sensor, got a short 3/8 pipe nipple, another "tee" and screwed the stock sensor back in and added my other temp sensor. If you decide to do this then I suggest you cut-out a section of the rear line first and add your sensors to the front line 1st. Gives you a little more room when you go to tighten the fittings on the front line.

Gauge pod looks great!!

Btw, how's the cruise control working?
