Overhead Shelf with DC Console

Found a new shelf unit for trucks with the overhead console.

Does anybody have or seen one of these? Any good?

I just found a price at Cabela's $119, it is a new item and is only available as a custom order and is delivered from the factory. Still looking for better price.
