Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) Oversize Banjo fittings

I have the Vulcan big line installed but want the schrader test port back on the VP-44. Somewhere I saw where someone was making a bigger line banjo fitting. I can drill out the banjo bolt itself but need a larger banjo bolt.



Any ideas?

You could put a 3/8 NPT style shrader(valve stem) in the tapped hole ???

I have the older aluminum fittings, it looks like you have the SS ones.



I feel a little jipped because the aluminun kit is now $88 and the stainless steel kit is $109 and I paid $109 and got the aluminum. Story of my life :{

Vucan can hook you up with a single tapped S/S fitting

I put a "T" fitting in the hose a couple of inches before the VP. Seems to work fine. You could put any kind of adapter on the "T" that you want if you really want the original style valve.

Kind of nice to use push-loc fittings and not have to use hose clamps...
