P-1507 perform service troubles

So I got the “perform service” Message at 150,000 miles so I changed out the CCV filter and I thought I had fixed it but nope! It seems to clear it self overnight but if I get on it On the way to work it comes on again.
Any help would be great.

Not sure what year truck you have, but check the air filter box and the in fender intake tube. Some were made out of a cardboard an plastic composite that would fail over time and collapse chocking off air to the engine setting off codes.
