I can't tell too much as I only know a little myself. It's just that is at least one company working on producing a VP that will support over 900 HP. The pump will not be cheap (I would expect it to run double what a standard VP runs) but you have the best of both worlds... . variable timing and lots of fuel.

I have no idea how long before this will be available but my guess is its at least 6 to 12 months.

are you feeding the P pump with an electric pump?

I'm a die hard p7100 guy, but finding the truck I want (white 98 QC SB 4wd) is a needle/haystack affair... been toying w/ the notion of doing a p7100 swap on a 24v... then I could have a 6sp and disk brakes with my P pump! :D

Forrest,

I'm running the P7100 with an electric pump. It's an Aeromotive A1000 with there regulator and a fuel/water seperator. No problems at all.
