I need a part # for a early 98 p-7100 with a manual trans, 215hp?

Or can I take any p-pump and hop it up to 400 or so hp?

I have a set of 370's for the injectors and a H1C/H1E hybrid for the upper and a HX55 for the lower. The plumbing I'm still working on. HTT exhaust manifold may be ported before it goes on and a custom 5" exhaust. My last major piece is the pump. I found one for a 95 and was looking for info on what it would take to modify for my setup. I was told that the early 98 pump is what I should start with. Any further input would be greatly appreciated. SteveinAZ
 
The '96-'98. 4 trucks (manual trans) are 215hp. The auto trucks from the same time frame have 180. The sought after 215 pump is the 913.



Are you going to go above 400hp eventually? If so, how far? You can make good power the 180 pumps also. Just takes a little more tweaking. IIRC, the Piers "stoopid pump" starts life as a 160 pump.



I'm in the neighborhood of 350-370hp as it sits right now. Have a set of 191 delivery valves to go in, once i get a socket for the holders. Also going to add a 3k GSK.

You better hold on to your pocket book as a new 215 pump with no core is $3400. 00 that is more than a race (stoopid) pump. You might call Piers this week and see what he has but as of this week I only know of one real good pump he has.



If he doesn't have one PM me for some info!

0 402 736 887 for early 1996 215 hp

0 402 736 913 for 1997-1998. 4 215 hp

I haven't checked new prices for a couple years but were well under $3K from my Bosch guy. PM me if you want me to check.
