Is it worth $6,500?

Is it just me or does that turbo have a lot of rust on it to be BRAND NEW. not that the conversion alone isn't worth some money, just questioning the brand new part

the turbo isn't new unless it's been outside some--I think he means the engine and p-pump is new, but there are old parts(turbo) that are on the engine---chris

i would be leary of buying a p pump on a 24v unless someone like piers was the one who built it. it would be cheaper to just take your 24v and buy a 12v and retro fit but while you have it out oring etc.

Not sure what it's worth but it must be an RV engine because the oil fill is in the rear of the valve cover. It doesn't say that it's a P-pump... ... ... ... ... ... .....

The timing cover is different from my P-pump conversion (which is now for sale in the TDR classifieds, complete setup with extras). I can't see the needed throttle linkage on the pump, ECM, lift pump? An "A"pump will bolt directly in place of a VP-44 so I'd ask questions. Larry
