I noticed a slight pull/pulsation in the wheel this morning only when I turn. It lightly pulls the wheel back & forth. P/S fluid is full. CAD is disconected & everything is tight (tie rods, wheels, etc... ) Can't say if it's worse turning right or left - doesn't matter if brakes are applied. Sound like a P/S pump or box getting ready to go out? How would you test it? It's not like I can take the belt off and see if it goes away. Any other ideas?

Sounds like it could be the u-joints right near the tires (I don't know the tech. term)

Jack 'er up, turn the wheel all the way and rotate the tires by hand... Binding = Bad U-Joint

Funny thing you mention that. I came to the same conclusion after this morning's ride to work. Let's hope for the best; I really don't like the idea of having to replace them. With my luck, I'll never get the hubs apart without destroying them.

By the way, I have to give you a call. I'm giving serious consideration to prepping the 'nursery' for twins (or at least one big boy) ;-) ... .

I've got an HT3B for cheap... ... ;)

Actually, Piping, and connectors are the priciest part of the equation, even after the required headwork...

A 35/40 - 3B twin setup would work  Oo.

True Paul..... There is a possibility your pump is here I'm in the South, Georgia, and I found one on my truck. Could that be yours?

. . Preston. .

It wasn't the pump that went to find you. The left front axle u-joint was... shall I say shot. Bound up tight. It's funny it didn't make any noises, just started to bind. I'm not sure if I want to tackle the other side as this hub came off fairly easily. My luck, the other side will be stuck on for good.
