I believe it is the sensor in your intake air tube, mounted on top right before the air box. I forgot to connect mine after having my truck apart, if I recall, the code went away after I re-connected. Yours may be failing.....

i don't know whats wrong it woun't let me clear the code can-bus scan tool/smarty woun't clear

If the code won't clear, I'd say your IAT sensor (as JJPage described) has died.
