Wanted to close this thread out with the findings. After swapping the nozzles back to my stock nozzles, the problem remained. I spoke with several shops, and recieving multiple opinions, I settled in on the leaking injector theory. Removed the injectors again and sent them out with the 50 nozzles for testing. Fairly positive I would not be reinstalling them, I bought brand new II with 60hp nozzles. Around the same time I received a call from from the testing shop (will keep name anonymous to refrain from flaming, unless they decide not to refund me for my nozzles) saying there was "nothing wrong with them and they would put them in their own truck", I wasnt buying it especially after being told that NO ONE in the US can effectively test the flow of injectors outside of the motor. The report tries to blame contaminated fuel and "possible" incorrect installation. (kind of insulting)
Installed the new II sticks and she purrs like a kitten! My once, perfectly good old version injector bodies of which i installed the new version nozzles on, are now being returned for cores. Be aware when installing your nozzles, advice is to not mix versions although they say you can mix new old bodies with new nozzles, you take your chances. It may run great for a while but who knows when that time will come. . Mine did after 300 miles.
