Archived P0111 - 2003 Ho Ctd

I have been getting this code for the past two weeks. In that time, my truck has stalled in traffic while I was driving 25mph, it idles wildly when I go to shutdown the truck after I park on a lot; it even revved to 1800 rpm and back down to 700 rpm in my driveway last night. What does the code mean and what is it doing to my truck???

Thanks for the info, when I checked, my BHAF air filter thazt I installed 12000 miles ago was filthy, I guess that I did a little too much dirt driving this summer worhing around construction sites. I will change the filter and hopefully be the end of the trouble code. Thanks again.
