p0111 and p0514 codes

Well got in my '06 tonight and the engine light went on and is now on constantly. When I got to work I checked the codes and p0111 and p0514 showed on the display. Anyone help as to what they mean? I thought I saw a post on here that listed the codes and descriptions, but couldn't find it. Sorry if this has come up before. Any and all help greatly appreciated!!

p0111 intake air temperature sensor 1 circuit range/performance. & p0514 battery temperature sensor circuit range/performance

JSandoval thanks for the reply! Greatly appreciated! Wonder how serious these codes are or should I just clear and forget.

The p0514 code is not too much to worry about. I think there might even be a flash to fix it. Basically there are 2 battery sensors and sometimes if the cold wind is blowing on one side of the truck and it is colder than the other side, the system will notice the temp difference of the batteries and set the tc. I had that code before, and I believe it cleared itself.



I am not too sure about the p0111 though. .

Thanks Mobius 1. Appreciate all the help! We had a pretty big temp swing here in the northeast today, so that maybe part of the issue. Guess I will wait and see what happens if they are cleared automatically.
