Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) oil change

I have a 2001. 5 ETH w/ 275's, Banks Big Hoss 5 Module, Banks Quick Turbo, BHAF, 4" exhaust, Ray's banjos, Carter pusher pump and Pac Brake and Friday, on hard acceleration set off the check engine light. This was the first time with the above mentioned enhancements that I have set off an error code. After the on-off, on-off, on-off key operation I got the above error code P0121 which according to the list of error codes at http://www.troublecodes.net/chrysler/99-01trk.shtml this indicated two probable causes:

1. TP sensor voltage does not agree with MAP and

2: Accelerator position sensor signal voltage too low.

Anyone know what the probable causes for this could be since the electronics are above my "old style" mechanical ability?

Do I have to replace the throttle position sensor again? Had too about 40K miles ago.

I was told by one person that it indicated a mismatch between the air and fuel flow.

Looking forward to comments

I don't know if you tried but you may want to try a re cal.

You can try resetting the APPS by: disconnecting the batts. unplugging the 3 plugs behind the air-box, letting it set awhile, reconnect everything then with the key turned on (engine not running) depress the throttle 3 times slowly.

Hope this helps

Actual question

Resetting isn't a problem. What I really need is the probable cause for seting off this code. I stand corrected, I replaced the throttle position sensor 50K miles ago. Currently have 61K on truck. Thanking everyone in advance.
