ok ya'll, my 2005 threw these codes on me. My scanner says 191 is fuel rail pressure performance, and 299 is turbo under boost. I've had these before and to remedy I would change the fuel filters and would be able to reset. this last time the codes would not reset, so I changed the rail psi sensor and still can't reset. #@$%!

My truck has bd killer b turbo, Bosch Marine 75 HP injectors, bd manifold, banks Intake and intercooler, glacier 2mic filter, and big line kits, quadzilla boost fooler, Banks bullet, and 5" from turbo to tail.

any thoughts? i'm about at my wits end.

I cant find either of these codes in my factory service manual.

well, cleaned the MAP sensor and disconnected all the extras and no change. Checked the wastegate for proper function and put everything back together codes are still howing on the scanner but the MIL went out and the truck is running like normal. No High EGT's, boost is right around 39PSI with the bullet on sport and fuel rail PSI is 6700 at idle. funny thing was with the scanner still plugged in and driving around..... at full tilt boogey the scanner only showed 19,000 psi at the rail where my E2 on the dash is showing 27,000!!

don't understand that, but at least she's running again... ... . for now... :-laf

I have a BD Killer B turbo also and get the PO299 code because of it, so says BD. The code will pop up every 2-3 months and I just clear it. I just live with it for now.
