P0193 Anyone Eles Have This Code

so last night i was over at my buddys house and he said his power stroke could out pull my all mighty CUMMINS. so i said lets hook bummpers. well to make a long story short i won i pulled all over his driveway. but in doing so i set my cheak engine light. so i want into work today and hooked up the DRBIII and cheaked it P0193. after doing some tests i found that i need a fuel pressure sensor. mopar wants 300 dollars for one. dose anyone know were i can get one cheaper. thanks

is the sensor bad or os the pressure out of line?

When I had the 03 Juice/Attitude late last summer it set this code for me a few times too. Then the rail pressure relief valve blew a few weeks later. The sensor never went bad; it was just reading out of range thereby setting the code.

My juice with attitude likes to set one of these if I set the low boost fueling on anything higher than the middle setting on extreme.

It happens to me with Edge on 5, but only if the engine is cold.

i tested the sensor and it was bad the truck weas warmed up when i did it. i have not been driving it so i dont know if i should ptu one in or what
