P0299 code?

I have searched and not been able to find out what this code means. Was driving yesterday heard a loud pop and truck went into limp mode. Truck idles fine has next to no power and smokes on acceleration. Oil was changed 3K ago along with fuel filter, oil level is normal. Any ideas?

Just was told I popped the intercooler! Don't have guages yet so I don't know what pressure it went at. The guy that called me didn't know what the code was.
