P0336 & P1740 Codes....thoughts?

P0336 & P1740 -- About a week ago these two codes came up. I tried over the weekend to erase them with a hand held thingy, but no luck. What are they? Any ideas on how to get rid of them? How to prevent them from happening again? Thanks guys!

P0336 Generic Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit Range/Performance

P1740 Chrysler TCC solenoid or overdrive solenoid performance



Well the P0336 code is listed on the TST FAQs as happening with their box and more or less to ignore.



I would guess the P1740 has to do with the electric tc lockup solenoid.



Those are just guesses. I have had the P0336 a couple of times. My OBDII scanner will clear it.
