Today I was showing a friend how to check for codes and I found a P0460 code and where can I find out what it is?

I have a Haynes manual and it has the codes, I hope.



Anyway, P0460 = Fuel level sensor circuit malfunction.

P0460 - Fuel level unit no change over miles



The PCM is reading a low fuel level for more than 120 miles. The 1999 diagnostic manual basic points to either a defective fuel sender or wiring harness. I'd bet on the sender.
