Archived P1693 code Truck won't start.

Tried to start the truck this morning. It would crank, but not start. Ran fine on Fri evening when I shut down. The batteries were due for replacement. Had them in the garage. Installed batteries and clean connectors throughly. Reset TPS. Tried to start it and it acts like it wants to catch, but won't. Acts like I just replaced the FF just before it catches. I'm open to suggestions. Turned the key 3 times and got the 1693 code only. Then P Done. FP reads 15+ PSI. TIA

there should be another code, you need to wait for it to say done twice
