Attention: TDR Forum Junkies P1763 Governor Pressure Sensor Volts Too

The Governor Pressure Sensor input is above an
acceptable voltage level
What causes it, how does it make your truck act, and how's it fixed? The other 1763 code says "4 sp. auto", which I swapped out. Would a PCM change fix this? My problem is a stumble under hard acceleration, nice steady pressure on the pedal and it's fine. It also gets more dramatic the higher I set the Comp box, however sometimes with the Comp completely OFF I can feel it very slightly. I have checked all the Comp connections and soldered the pump wire so I don't think it is that! Anyone have any idea?????
