I have had both my turbo and EGR valve replaced due to recurring MIL codes being thrown. I have not had any repeats on the P2262 or the egr codes since the replacements, however I still get the P2000 code every week, even after a dealer clear. Anyone have a clue to why a NOX efficiency below threshold code is still being indicated? I'm getting to the point I don't even call the dealer when the light comes on anymore.

Has your G30 recall been performed? If not then have that done. But, dirty O2 sensors can also be the culprit... to clean them just remove, blow some compressed air in the center hole and wipe clean w/ a soft cloth. The dealer can do this (perhaps if/when you take it in for the G30) but one can do it pretty easy as the O2's are easy to get to.

Thanks, I did have the G30 and the latest flashes done already, was getting the same code as well as many others before the turbo/egr valve replacement. The p2000 code is the only one that I'm still getting. Makes sense that the sensor might be carboned up with the EGR acting up. Where is the sensor located? I think i'll have a try at it, my service tech, while very persistant, is still at a loss at what it takes to make this right. He did say there was another flash in the horizon.

The AV and the upcoming AW should really improve the soot levels. Very few dealers are stocking the EGR cleaner that is referenced in the TSB, and it really is the best for cleaning.
