No, the customer service tool you corresponded with is dangerously low on brain pressure. Something is wrong with your truck and you should get it taken care of sooner than later.
 
looked like oil smoke. NOT NORMAL AT ALL... I have never seen my 2013 6.7 smoke at all. Almost 38K on the clock.
 
Well, if it was oil smoke it would do it all the time, not just once in a while during regen, so I don't think that's it. Also, it doesn't use a drop of oil or coolant. It doesn't smell like oil or antifreeze either, so I'm ruling both of those out. It has plenty of power all the time, no change during regen, so I'm thinking that it's something occurring in the exhaust system.
 
JHayward, If the truck was here I would put it in Aggressive Regen, then cap 1 injection line at a time to determine which hole or Injector was the problem, very simple process, its just time consuming. my 13 or 14 have never smoked ,and you must remember these trucks have data logs / Viewers so it easy for the driver to know when the engine is in Active Regen.
