Hello, I have a 05 3500 and a month ago I had a P2149 code come up and caused truck to not run. I replaced all injectors and truck ran great for about 3 weeks then got P2149 again. No other codes. I checked the wiring, harness etc both with voltage drop and resistance and it’s all good. Would it be a bad ECM? Truck does have high milage 500000KM

You can try swapping the injector driver high side driver circuit 2 with high side driver circuit 1 at the ECM and then see if the code sets for the same bank or the other bank. Driver 2 is Tan/Pink, driver 1 is Brown/Light Green.
