Attention: TDR Forum Junkies 
So I threw the 2281 code, air leak between MAF and throttle body. Multiple times into the shop and I hope this last one fixed the issue.
1. Air filter replaced....hoses that have pressurized air replaced....not fixed
2. Next EGR valve cleaned.....nope
3. EGR valve replaced......nope
3. EGR cooler replaced and MAP (at my request). Notes indicated EGR cooler plugged? I have 45K on my truck.....so far so good.
Now each time I would have something done the truck ran fine but when 5th wheel hooked up it would result the code and power down considerably. Dont know if it was the MAP all along but the dealer seemed to think a unique code would have gone off...to my read about 2281 it includes everything from the aircleaner to engine so perhaps there is no unique code. If it was the MAP I guess I got a good EGR valve and cooler maintenance for free! I guess this is supposed to be done around 67K.
