Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) P237 = MAP Sensor voltage low, now what?

Does a P 0237 code mean that the MAP Sensor is in need of R&R? Or should I be looking elsewhere? Any input appreciated. ph

I got that code once from a green pin/corroded connection on the Edge Comp MAP harness.

Thanks Dan. That sounds like a logical place to start. I just didn't want to buy a MAP Sensor unnecessicarily. I cleaned the connections and reset the code and all has been well thru three short trips. Thanks for the input. ph

On my comp the wire was not even crimped! I got the same codes and limp mode.
