P2609 No Voltage Drop Seen From Intake Air Heaters

i just got this code this morning on about a 50 deg f. morning start-up. I have recently (week ago) intsalled a banks high ram intake elbow, which required the use of an additional ground strap. could this be the problem? I cleared it and it hasn't come back yet. anyone had this problem?

The reason Banks has you add a ground is because they ship old style gaskets. The oem gaskets conduct so you don't need the external ground. I would verify your ground is good .
