Engine/Transmission (1998.5 - 2002) P7100 conversion help

I need to know as i have gotten so many different answers to this question if any one knows the true answers.

1) does anyone know what pop off pressure you need for injectors?

@) what do you guys do for the oil feed for the p7100 i have heard so many different answers one says grind head with stock line but their is no way it will fit others say you need a special fitting well what is it give me part numbers or place to buy,then i heard you could switch sides then i was told no pump will starve its holding up this project bad thanks.
