I have a '94 2500 auto 4X2 with 125,000 miles. The "cylinder" part of the #4 fuel delivery valve broke into just below the clamp down bolts. This was replaced and the truck ran fine for about 100 miles, then #3 broke in the same manner. These things are hardened metal about 1. 2" in diameter with a . 17" wall thickness. How can this happen???? This has all of my pump contacts stumped in a big way. I would appreciate any ideas or feedback.
Thanks, Ed
