Hi all, about two years or so ago I have a leaking delivery valve which turned bad fast spewing fuel all over the engine. I got a used pump "turned up" from Brad Ponci, it sounded good and I didnt have a lot of money or time to get a new one or rebuilt. Well Im paying now the one I got from Brad is now leaking fuel as well but it looks as though its coming from multiple delivery valves not just one. Its not real real bad at this point but veyr disappointing to say the least. I had a real hard time finding a mechanic that would even touch it. What I need is some recommendations and advice as to what direction I should take. Rebuilt? New? Im not real sure about wasting time and money on used again, and how often will this continue? The truck runs wonderful witht he pump from Brad it feels soooo much more powerful I love it, it jsut leaks =(. Any help is very much appreciated.

Like DWitcher said it sounds just like mine did when my O-rings were leaking. Just get you a set of six O-rings and follow these instructions follow figures 4,5,& 6, then reinstall DV holder with new o-ring. It is a simple fix that doesnt take much time, oh and DO NOT put any part of your body around a leaking high pressure line while engine is running(possible blood poisoning).

Hope this helps,

You need to take your fuel lines off and remove the dv holder. There are 6 green o-rings that you need to change. Not a hard job by any means. If you can find someone that is willing to takle the job and has any questions feel free to call me and i will be more than happy to help. 1-800-575-0229 brad

No negativity towards Brad was meant whatsoever for the record, he was more than helpful when my first one took a dump. Brad, thanks, that is a job I feel very comfortable handling. Is there anywhere online I can get the O-rings? Thanks again to everyone for the help and Brad thanks for your support as always!
