Engine/Transmission (1994 - 1998) P7100 Pump Diagram

searched TDR for about 5 hours cannot find a Photo Diagram of the P7100 Injection Pump. .



Tried Google ,,,yahoo,,,and on and on . .



I need a diagram



I Have 2 pumps setting outside and I need to swap Anidriods ... .



I DONT KNOW WHERE IT IS ??

You mean aneroids? That would be the AFC housings. A. K. A. smoke or puff limiter. Would probably take longer to get the tools out, than to do the job, if they are on a bench.



Why aren't they in a shed, instead of outside getting wet?

Swaped out the whole AFC still screwed up Im in process of uploading a video of the issues ... . DAIL UP SUCKS!!!!



I need to know any adjustment points on the P7100 So we can start somewhere .



Why doesnt tdr have diagrams of 1st/2nd/3rd gen trucks bumber to bumber ?????

Found out where to adjust the Govener but seeing how there is no aneriod or fuel plate its kind of useless .



Still trying to upload file Really cusing my ISP if i cannot transer enough data at any given second to my HIGH SPEED server (about 40 miles north of my home ) I will get a SEVER TIME OUT THING and it kicks my FP off even if it was 1 min away from finishing !! which just happened !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I started out as a 6 MB file ... . yeah right a few failed attemps there ... . went to 4 diffrent file sizes gradually smaller (BUY CUTTING THE END AND BEGINNING OF THE VIDEO) and still cant get it to go... Down to 2. 38M Now and it has been to the edge about 3 times and the server keep shutting me down



Once I get the video up look for a HELP thread ...



Somebody in the TDR world May have a clue whats wrong .

posible govener spring issue ..... can I just swap them real Quick... . where are they at..... anyone have a diagram.

What are you trying to do to the pumps? Are you sure you have a P7100 pump. Bosch made different ones, that look similar.

came off a bread truck and says ford on a braket thats all I know ... . I can see the plate . . If I get a chance Ill post the #'s

I concidered the DirectWay thing but it was outragious like $600 to get set up and $50 a mth ..... YEAH RIGHT!!!! 28. 8 is good for me... . :<

Did you ever find out what HP that pump was calibrated for?

Reason I ask is I just ran across a pump with the 0-402-736-806 tag on it. Everyone talks about the 215 pumps having good plungers/barrels and wonder how these pumps stack up.
