What is the size/pitch of the tamper screw holding in the AFC housing?
Size/pitch of the tamper screw covering the smoke screw?
S/p of the one holding in the diaphragm?

I'm guessing they might all be identical.

Do folks replace those screws with (8mm) bolts or allen bolts?

I'm guessing the torque values are small. 10ft# or so?

TYIA

They’re 6mm. I put allens in mine. I can get all of them out with a 6” long 5mm ball end allen socket without removing fuel lines.

The break-off screws are easily removed by tapping a torx bit in the hole.

TY BigPapa!

6mm x 18mm, 1.0 pitch tamper & slotted screw (the top two on the afc)
6mm x 25mm, 1.0 pitch two flange bolts holding both the afc housing unit and the fss bracket.

My local hardware store sells them (Hillman brand) in lengths of 16, 20, 25mm, etc. in three styles: allen bolt, regular bolt, phillips #2 screw. The regular bolts require a 10mm socket (I was hoping for 8mm).

6mm x 8mm, 1.0 pitch smoke screw cover & its companion

Ran out of time, so I don't know about the last one. If I remember, I'll post it.

BTW, BigPapa, none of my tamper screws came out with ease. The T15 I tapped into the first one rounded off whatever traction it initially made. Out come the chisel and hammer. The edge on the chisel soon fractures. I grind a new edge for it and begin anew.
Eventually it gives way. "Good Grief!"
