It was quite straight forward. It took about 3 hours to do but I'm sure I could have done it a little faster. As you can see, my help quit about halfway through :-laf. Since I only tow heavy once in a while, I am not going to run on board air and just ran the air lines to the license plate. Now to get rid of the prodigy and order a max brake this week.

Everything went together really smooth but I seem to have a hard time filling the air bags. I went through about 4 different fill nozzles before I found one that would put air in and three different guages before I could get a consistent reading. It almost seems that the threads on the valves are a little aggressive and grabbing the nozzles and guages not letting them do their job. Anyone else have this same issue? Can you run a little sand paper around the threads to smooth them off a little?

I just did a PacBag install on a customers 08 Dodge. This is the 4th set I have done in the last year. Everyone LOVES the added capability of the air bags. If it makes you feel better the last one I installed took about 1. 5 hour. About 1/2 the time of the first one I installed.

Look's good I also just did air bag's but went with Firestone Ride Rites took about 2 hr's and everything bolted up nicely ran the air connection to back bumper as 1 of the license plate bolt's
