I have been having trouble with the Pac solenoid the last few days. Spoke with Pac, did the whole reset button/solenoid cleaning thing. Yesterday the brake stuck closed and I had enough. Called Pac this am and spoke to Harold in the warranty dept. With no questions except for address I now have a new compressor, solenoid and mount on the way. A few remarks regarding the noise the Pac compressor vibration makes on my firewall was enough for Harold to offer the new updated compressor and mount. I was just out of warranty on the solenoid but as Harold said "I'll fudge the install date". A lot of companies preach customer service but never have I been treated as fairly (or more than fair) as I was today by Pac. Thanks Pac, you have earned a customer for life!!! :D

I have had a similar experience with their customer service. I called about the updated bracket for the noise problem and they shipped me out the new bracket and new compressor (because it mounts differently) without question. That is how you treat a customer! If I ever need an exhaust again it will be a Pac-Brake.

Thank you for the support of PacBrake Customer Service... . as a dist of their product I deal with Harold and the tech support staff... ... I've always been pleased with their effort... I'd also like to pat Bill Lang on the back, the guy behind the scenes so to speak who does all the dyno and protype work... I've know them now for 10 years and think their all a bunch of nice guys... .

Just another reason why I recomend Pac Brake when anyone asks which exhaust brake to get. A top quality product and you won't find better people to deal with. I have had a Pac Brake on both CTD trucks I have owned and would not consider another brand. :)

Yep, the same kind of customer service I received from PacBrake. I had a problem with my out of warranty PacBrake on a previous '00 3500 6-speed. They shipped me a new "loaner" unit, I shipped mine back to them, they returned my repaired unit, and I shipped the "loaner" back to them at no charge and they paid the freight!

I had a few problems with my Pac when it was new. A phone call to them and they started to diagnose the problem immediately. I was on the road in another state, and they express shipped the needed part to the next RV stop. What a great bunch of folks to deal with. Too bad some other vendors don't have the attitude and service that Pac has.
