PacBrake Questions

Ok I am looking at buying a used pacbrake from a 95 12v but my truck is a 99 24v will it work. It should mount up to the turbo ok because they are both hx35 right? The only thing I am noticeing is that I will have to use the throttle switch instead of the ecm to activate the pacbrake. Is this correct? Will it work? Please let me know. Thanks Curt
