Here is the one I made. The lower part is a push/pull valve to control the exhaust brake. Not trying to sell these, just wanted to give you an idea of other options

The factory switch is designed to mount under the dash... . Rankram has a good photo of the optional shifter switch installed... you can also see that switch on their web sight... www.pacbrake.com I think the Dodge part number is C18042... Hope this helps.
