Pace Edwards Roll Top Cover

Any information on Pace Edwards roll top cover would be appreciated.
I asked a performnce shop to install one for me and he said he would not do it because he has had to much trouble with them. He tells me the box on our Dodge trucks flex to much
and he has had to many unhappy customers. The biggest problem is with the lock to the tailgate.

Hi Brian,
I have had a Pace Edwards roll top for about a year. I installed it myself. Your guy is blowing smoke. If you follow the instructions it goes on Ok. The cover is well designed to fit the tapered bed of the truck. Just follow the instructions. The lock in the back works good if properly installed, You need to use lock-nut on the lock retainer nut as it does shake loose. I have had no problems with my top and people that see it make positive comments.

Do you have a rear window?

I understand that some roll type bed covers flutter with the wind & you can't drive with the rear window open because of the racket. Does yours move like that?
