I finished up putting the minipak on today, did the front coils last weekend. It's to bad that the shocks are in such a nonvisible area... the Bilsteins look great! Also started putting Energy Suspension replacement bushings and boots all around. The whole Pace thing took about 10 hours counting lunches, breaks, and screwing around with things that were frozen. Stupid bolts! #@$%! That was by myself. Have only driven it a little with the whole thing on, but can tell a big difference. I aired down the tires (KORE suggests 40f and 30r if carrying less than 1000#) and will be driving it around tonight. The one thing I wish I had was a spring compressor. I thought I did, but sold it at a garage sale! Rachet straps seem to work, just have to be careful. Also, the directions suggest removing the fender liners, but there is really no need to. Figured this out after taking one off and not needing to. Now for new wheels and tires... :-laf

Still installing mine. What is needed is a great photo teardown/assembly. Was going to do that but got sidetracked when my Jack wouldn't lift the front end. One thing I will say is that Greg at DRC has been a "GREAT!" help. When ever I got a question, he's had the answers! All thats left to finish up is the rear passenger side and a minor (I hope) front end busted bolt (Opps! Last bolt too!) on the shock tower mount. (Thanks Greg and KORE for sending tthe part! Watching for the UPS dude everyday!).

Oh yeah, I did have to buy a bigger jack! The one that I used to just change tires didn't lift it near far enough. Also had to get new jack stands. You really have to lift that thing WAY up so when the suspension drops to remove the springs, it can drop all the way. I agree, Greg was great to work with. He took care of questions and issues pronto. Drove around tonight, what a difference! Especially in the back. My 97 had the overloads/helper springs. When ever I hit a bump without a load, the overloads would smack the frame. NO MORE! I didn't get the deal, but it was worth the $1200, IMO.

Just finished the Rear end install at 0155hrs EDT. Had to run her around the block a few times looking for potholes :)) It's a MUCH better ride and just in time for a trip up to PA next weekend :) The wife has been complaining cause I been hoggin' the driveway, but next trip to NY she'll feel the differance. Thanks KORE and DRC for an EXCELLENT accessory to my new Ram 2500 CTD! Both your sticker will be proudly displayed! (Now... . Got save for those dang Toyo Tires... ... So many toys, so little money... . ) Hmmmmmmm Wonder if I should let some air outta my OEM Michleins... GREG!!!!??? heheheheheehe

Pennsylvania will be a good test for your new Pace. The roads there are SO good :{ . I let the air down in mine, but it got kind of "squishy", so I'll put some back in. I don't have "E" sidewalls, so they're not as stiff as some. Overall, great improvement!

Today went out to pick up some parts for the house Road under construction nearby. Made it a point to hit every raised manhole I could. She rode SWEET! none of the tools in the truckbox jumping, just a nice even ride..... Hmmmm Wonder if KORE makes a suspension for a 04 Subaru Outback? :))
