Paint rub spot!

Hi folks - just noticed a spot under my hood where the power cable to the under hood light was pinched between the hood spring and the base of the A-pillar. My truck is 2 years old and there were 4 seperate spots rubbed clean thru to the metal - and maybe even looked like it was rubbing the metal down. I adjusted the cable so now it doesn't get pinched and touched up the spots to prevent rust. Anyone else seen this? Anyone else even looked? I noticed it because the sound/weather insulation between the fender/wheelwell and door wasn't in right.

I haven't seen it (had a 98 12v before my ETH) however I would be having a conversation with D/C about it #ad
