Paint style on the new Rams

For fun I decided to go to the Dodge website and "build" a new Ram. I eventually got to the point where I had to decide what color to make it. My current truck is black with a "center band" of flame red. I didn't see this option for the new Rams. So my question is, did D/C get rid of the "center band" paint option? If they did, boy will the new paint schemes be BORING!!!

They eliminated the center band style paint job several years ago. You can now get solid colors or the rocker can be different -that's it.

Rampage, I'd like to see a picture of your truck. I'm thinking of painting a black band on my red truck!

'98 was the last year you could get a center band,and the only color choice was driftwood. '96 was the last year you could get different colors other than driftwood.

buddy of mine has the same paint scheme that you're looking to do. can only say it looks AWESOME!!!

When I went to order my Y2K , I wanted the center band style paint scheme. I was really upset when they told me they had axed that option. Another great idea by DC

I saw a ram on the dealers lot yesterday in Graphite metallic. It looked sharp. I usually don't like the look of greys, but this looke really good

My neighbor has a new Duramax 1 ton in that color. I like it!

looks real good. especially in a sport model. saw one at a dealer

and mrs. tnt almost changed her mind, but she's still set on awhite sport for mid 02. can't wait for her first meet as an owner!
