Hey

I've been lookin at the evolution of your truck in your thread as you have been painting and going through it over the winter. I have to tell ya two things.

I really like the colors you have picked, the goldish-copper is awsome but the lower black coating is great in my opinion( I had my bed of my truck color matched silver to it - looks great) AND you have created a story that I have wanted to come back to just to see whats next and what might be different as you went on with your project and changed ideas, some from the feedback, as you went.

Great job on your project and the way you presented it.

just testing your loyalty... you passed:-laf

After all the hours spent on this truck, I think I passed a long time ago. ;)

Thanks. I think that from the questions/opinions that I got were alot of help. Doing a project like this, you kinda lose your train of thought about color choices & what will be the best look overall. I appreciate all of the help along my journey.

Hey Cummins724,

I've been following this post all along with lots of interest. Thanks for sharing your pics and progress. The colors you chose are out of this world. You now have a one of kind Cummins that you should be extremely proud of, especially because you did all the work and you did it "right".

I have always wanted an orange rig, and you've got orange on steroids w/some serious bling! What an awesome color combo... and your wheels look great too. You can't go wrong with deep dish alum with simple yet elegant round holes.

I love your truck!

Regards,

Louis

Thanks, it means alot to see that people appreciate the amount of work that goes into a project like this. Its been a rough road, but I'm just about there.

Wow. That turned out really nice. Looks awesome.

Now just get the bumper on there and then your finished. :-laf

Thanks. I am doing final buffing on the truck now, then I will get the last piece of the puzzle done. I just finished bleeding my brakes... Now I can finally drive this thing!!!:-laf

Mentioned not having the black between the windows before. Up to you but it looks good without it. Great job on the truck.

the insets for the air induction on the hood might look good the same color as the lower panels... bring a little color offset to the hood... just a thought

I thought about doing that, but the grille has black inserts... . I'm gonna match it to the grille.

since you pretty much have a sport now, I think it would look good with the sport style decals in charcoal grey on the sides.
