California gets Electric POlice

Thank you

Here are some pictures of Papa Joe's truck. He was a very lucky man. These pictures do not do justice to seeing his truck in person. Sorry the light wasn't in the best position for these pictures.

Be careful out there and remember what is important in your life! You never know when it is your time!

Papa Joe
we could have twins except put more of a hump in the hood and move the motor back 4" & wrinkle the frame, and a deep impression of a tree in front of driver on mine... glad you will be OK

I'm healing quickly, and on less than half the pain meds I started with. I'm doing well.
Thank you for your kind thoughts. My only hope is that all of you have safe miles in your horizons. #ad
Air bags are a GOOD thing.
New truck info in my next thread.

BTW, in response to the e-mails. I was going 45. He was going 50. I braked and swerved to the right, hence the impact point. He had lost control (slick roads) and regained it shortly before impact. His truck looks similar except his front end is gone (some in my truck). He rode in the ambulance with me, but refused treatment at the ER and called someone to pick him up. He had been drinking, but avoided DUI because the ISP was super busy and they didn't pursue him. He was cited two days later, though, for crossing centerline. He had minimum insurance which means 25,000 maximum liability. My medical is covering me and my uninsured motorist is picking up the difference between his liabilty coverage and my actual loss.
Cheers guys, on to new episodes. #ad

Grace of God, talent of engineers, simple good fortune. Sometimes it takes all 3. Sometimes the first camouflages the other 2. Regardless, good to see what a mess a guy can survive.

Papa Joe,
Glad to hear you're coming along okay. How did you get out? It doesn't look like they had to use the Jaws on your truck.
Dave
